Triple Chocolate Bliss Cake



If you have a sweet-tooth, you've def got to try this one.
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 cup of sour cream
1 pkg (3.9 oz) chocolate jello
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 cups thawed cool whip (divided)
1 pkg Baker's Semi Sweet Chocolate (8 squares)
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries

HEAT oven to 350 deg
BEAT all ingredients except Cool Whip, chocolate square and berries in large bowl.
POUR into greased 12-cup fluted tube pan or 10 inch tube pan
BAKE 50 mins - 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean, let cake cool for 10 mins, loosen sides and invert onto wire rack, cool completely, put onto plate.
RESERVE 2 TBSP of CoolWhip(some type of artsy stuff for the top, I tried it but it looked stupid. haha... MICROWAVE remaining CoolWhip and chocolate squares on high for 2 mins... pull out each min and stir... drizzle on cake... put berries in middle. The End.
